Alabama (-550) will cost you five and a half times your potential return. While I think there is very little chance the Crimson Tide are upset in this semifinal, that’s way too much to risk for such little reward.
Against the spread
It’s another season, and ALABAMA -13.5 (-112) is the favorite to win another national title. While I can definitely see the winner of the Georgia-Michigan game giving the Crimson Tide quite a run, I am personally not taking Cincinnati seriously.
For Alabama, Bill O’Brien and Bryce Young quickly earning each other’s trust has been pivotal

Alabama vs. Cincinnati prediction
It won’t be easy. Alabama will be aggressive early in the passing game with Young, even with Metchie out. Slade Bolden could be a frequent target to set up the deep passing game. The Crimson Tide will get ahead early, and Ridder will be taken out of his comfort zone in the passing game.
College Football Playoff Opening Odds: Alabama vs. Cincinnati
After winning the SEC Championship Game, No. 1 Alabama opened up as around two-touchdown favorites over No. 4 Cincinnati. It shouldn’t come as a surprise to many coming off the Tide’s latest performance. Heisman favorite Bryce Young threw four touchdowns and Alabama scored 41 on a Georgia defense that previously hadn’t allowed more than 17.
College Football Playoff Opening Odds: Michigan vs. Georgia
Michigan made its case to make the College Football Playoff when they dropped the hammer on rival Ohio State, 42-27. The Wolverines followed that up with a 42-3 blowout of Iowa in the Big Ten Championship, their first outright conference title since 2003.
